Because our products range from lightweight camping gear to high-tonnage industrial and structural setups, our shipping protocols are tailored to ensure safe, transparent, and efficient delivery to your site across South Africa.
1. General Delivery & Fulfillment Timelines
Please note that delivery timelines consist of two parts: Production/Fulfillment Lead Time and Transit Time.
In-Stock Items: Dispatched from our central warehouse within 2 to 3 business days.
Custom & Heavy-Duty Manufacturing: For custom canvas structures, marquee tents, and bespoke setups, standard production lead times vary from 7 to 21 business days, depending on order size and complexity. Your dedicated account representative will provide a firm completion date upon order confirmation.

We deliver nationwide across all nine provinces of South Africa via our trusted heavy-freight and courier partners. Once dispatched from our facility, estimated regional transit times are as follows:

3. Calculation of Shipping Rates
Shipping rates in South Africa are calculated based on the total weight, volumetric size (CBM) of the packaged structure, and the final delivery zone.

Standard Orders (Under 50kg): Rates are dynamically generated at checkout based on standard courier weight matrices.

Heavy Freight & Structural Orders (Over 50kg): Due to the heavy nature of structural steel poles, PVC groundsheets, and heavy-duty ripstop canvas, orders exceeding 50kg are routed via specialized freight. Rates will be quoted manually or generated automatically depending on your bulk account agreement.

Free Shipping Threshold: We occasionally offer promotional free shipping across South Africa for specific premium product lines or orders exceeding a specific tier value, excluding deep outlying territories. Active promotions will be detailed dynamically on our digital catalog.
4. Delivery Methods & Offloading Terms
Standard delivery is a sidewalk/kerbside delivery service. Our logistical setup operates under the following precise operational constraints:

Vehicle Access: Customers must ensure that the delivery address can safely accommodate heavy vehicles (up to 8-ton or 14-ton trucks for industrial structures). Please notify us immediately if your location has low-hanging branches, weight-restricted bridges, or tight security estates.

Offloading Support: For exceptionally large tent structures (e.g., peg and pole marquees, large military frame tents), the customer is legally responsible for providing sufficient manual labor or a forklift to safely offload the delivery vehicle. Drivers are under no obligation to move freight beyond the immediate tail of the vehicle.
5. Tracking, Dispatch & Communication
As soon as your consignment leaves our factory loading bay, you will receive an automated notification via Email or SMS containing your unique Waybill Number and the designated tracking portal of our logistics partner (e.g., Triton Express, The Courier Guy, or Mainfreight).
For large-scale freight deliveries, the local dispatch hub will contact you telephonically roughly 24 hours prior to final delivery to confirm that an authorized receiver is present on site.
6. Damages, Shortages & Inspection Protocol
⚠️ CRITICAL INSPECTION MANDATE: Heavy-duty tent structures are highly durable, but rough handling during transit can damage steel fittings or tear packaging. You are legally required to inspect the outer packaging and verify the piece count against the delivery note before signing the courier waybill.

If there is visible structural damage to the packaging, cross out the standard signature block and explicitly write "DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT" on the waybill before handing it back to the driver.

Take immediate photographic evidence of the damaged packages.

Report any short-deliveries or transit damages to our logistics desk within 24 hours of arrival. Failure to note damages on the waybill severely compromises our ability to process insurance claims with the freight carrier.
7. Self-Collection / Factory Pickups
Customers are welcome to bypass courier fees by electing to collect their finished structures directly from our primary manufacturing plant.

Procedure: Select the "Factory Collection" option at the point of sale.

Notification: Do not dispatch a vehicle until you receive an official "Ready for Collection" clearance note from our administration desk.

Vehicle Compatibility: Ensure your collection vehicle or trailer possesses the legal weight capacity and bed-length required to securely transport long structural poles and heavy canvas bundles. Our logistics staff reserves the right to refuse loading onto unsafe or illegal transport vehicles.
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-routing Charges
If our freight partner attempts a scheduled delivery and cannot gain entry due to a lack of access, absence of an authorized recipient, or missing offloading infrastructure, the consignment will be returned to the nearest regional depot. A re-delivery fee will be calculated and invoiced to the customer before a second delivery attempt is initiated.
